The Methodology

Movement should be something we learn to love and appreciate rather than a chore. Mindful Movement with Maggie is more than an at-home workout platform because the classes are designed to benefit you physically and mentally. My intention is to inspire you to wake up everyday and be excited to move your body.

When you take the time to connect with yourself and tune in to what is happening in your body is so completely powerful, and we will practice that together so mindfulness becomes part of you, allowing you to tune in and care for yourself throughout your day.

The practice for you

These workouts are always 30-minutes or less and are created to do anywhere, without any equipment.

Combining elements of dance, yoga, and pilates-based exercises, I will lead you through a flowing workout with specific cues on alignment and technique. I focus on the mind/body connection leading the practice to often feel like a moving meditation.

Pairing all of these elements leaves you to feel grounded, strong, stretched, and ready to take on whatever comes at you.

Yoga for kids

Give your kids a creative and healthy outlet to use their energy in.

Included in your M3 membership, Maggie’s “Mindful Kids” class options are comprised of fun kids yoga practices uniquely designed to help children develop an awareness of their body and nurture important skills such as focus, relaxation, and mindfulness. In each class Maggie introduces kids to movement-based practices and poses that are ideal for growing bodies and presents them in fun and engaging ways that your kids will understand.

Mindful kids classes are ideal for children ages 3-8 years old.
