How often should I do Mindful Movement?
Mindful Movement is created as a daily practice to breathe, move, and get centered every day. The combination of stretching and functional movement is safe for your body at any time, and you are able to do as little or as much as you like each time. It is also a great balance and supplement to other physical activities such as running and cycling.
What equipment do I need?
None! M3 is movement for your body, with just your body, and can truly be done anywhere, anytime. A yoga or fitness mat is great to have for floor work.
What if I have an injury to work around?
Assuming that you have been given the okay from your dr. to exercise, you can absolutely modify any of the exercises in class to fit your needs. Each week Maggie answers questions and gives modifications through video tutorials.
Is it safe to do during and post pregnancy?
Please get clearance from your dr. before exercising during and after pregnancy. In class we practice functional and alignment based exercises that focus on deep core and pelvic support, making it a fantastic pre/post pregnancy workout. Modifications are given throughout the workout as well.
